China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau has won two consecutive bids in Iraq market

The Iraqi market department of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau recently completed the signing of new contracts with two owners on the same day, namely, the EPC Phase I Pipeline Project outside the Rumaila Produced Water Reinjection Facility Station and the Iraq Block 9 Water Source Plant and GRE Water Supply Pipeline EPCC Project.
The Owner of the EPC Phase I Pipeline Project outside the Rumaila Produced Water Reinjection Facility Station is BECL (Basra Energy) of Rumaila Oilfield. The project is EPC general contracting mode, including 16-inch, 18-inch, and other specifications of high-pressure water injection pipelines, totaling more than 50 kilometers. Now it has entered the preliminary preparation stage. The China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau has provided various engineering construction services for BECL for 11 consecutive years, and this bid winning will continue to write a new chapter for the cooperation between the two parties.
The Employer of Iraq Block IX Water Source Plant and GRE Water Supply Pipeline EPCC Project is KEBL (Kuwait Energy Basra Co., Ltd.), and the main scope of work includes the construction of one water source plant and GRE pipeline. The bid winning of this project marks the success of the China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau in taking root in the oilfield market of Iraq's ninth district.
The winning of the two bids provides strong support for the China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau to further expand the Iraqi market, and creates good conditions for the sustainable development of the China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau in the Iraqi market.
