• EPCC overall contracting of petrochemical facilities;

• Long-distance pipeline/ processing stations/ piping networks pertaining to oil & gas transportation;

• Steel structure engineering & construction;

• Corrosion protection and heat preservation engineering & construction;

• Facilities engineering and construction in oil and gas field.

HPHE has acted as a subcontractor and participate in several mega long-distance gas pipeline project domestically and abroad, such as WEPP (West East Petroleum Pipeline); Shanjing Pipeline; China-Myanmar Gas Pipeline, etc.

Based on the efforts in constantly consolidating the foundation for construction resources, HPHE is taking a positive participation in tendering and bidding jobs pertaining to oil and gas related projects, not only domestically but also overseas.
