Date:2019-10-25
The Abu Dhabi crude oil pipeline in the United Arab Emirates was jointly constructed by the Pipeline Bureau and CPECC. The pipeline starts at the Habershan oilfield in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and ends at the port of Fujairah. Crude oil is shipped by offshore terminal. The pipeline is designed to deliver 1.5 million barrels of crude oil per day. Its total length is 305 kilometers and a diameter of 48 inches, including 13 valve stations. Its route passes through various landforms such as saline-alkali soil, sand dunes, gobi deserts and mountains. Ten 169,000 cubic meters of floating roof tanks will be built at the first and final station.
