The relevant person in charge of CNOOC Hainan Branch said that the smooth operation of China's first self-operated deep-water atmospheric field "deep sea 1", which was put into operation last June, has a positive effect on the growth of industrial data in Hainan Province, with a daily peak production capacity of 10 million cubic meters, which has become a new engine to promote economic growth in Hainan.

At present, CNOOC has built the largest offshore natural gas production cluster in China in Lingshui, Dongfang, Ledong, Yacheng and Wenchang waters of Hainan Province, which is composed of 16 offshore platforms, 3 land terminals and several underwater production units. On the basis of meeting the people's livelihood and industrial gas consumption in Hainan, it also supplies gas to Zhuhai, Hong Kong and other places through a submarine pipeline with a length of more than 700 kilometers, so as to meet the energy demand of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Great Bay area.
