LNG Plant Near-shore Liquefaction

The LNG plant in Djibouti combines its short-term and long-term planning, to match the upstream gas field exploration scale. The project covers an area of 1.6 million square meters. It adopts the combination of onshore and offshore design at the first phase. The liquefaction plant is planned to be completed by the end of 2021, with an LNG output capacity of 3 million tons. LPG 200,000 tons and condensate oil 50,000 tons per year. Lands and connections are reserved coordinately for the second and third phase, aiming to finally reach a production capacity of 10 million tons per year.
